Our People

The WMCS have been active for approximately 54 years now and are responsible for organizing the Wellington Regional Kapa Haka Festivals, plus a number of other events. WMCS’s key responsibility now is to support, develop, encourage and promote their members to participate more, and to ensure they feel comfortable in their respective areas/events. WMCS has approximately 250-300 members with 11 registered groups.
